I want to be sure I put this out there often and clearly, above and beyond the “click here” link so it’s clear.

I am thinking quarterly notification? Would monthly be overkill to make sure clear intent is communicated?

To clarify:

This is my site, and my opinions, and those are unrelated to employer.
